Carol L. Harris

Associate Attorney

A member of the Firm's litigation and appellate team that represented pound-for-pound Best Boxer in the World Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao and his M-P Promotions, Inc. company in 2006 -2007, Carol's energy has since been devoted primarily to In re Kitec Fitting Litigation, a 30,000-member, consumer class action for defective high-zinc-content yellow-brass plumbing components, and addressing creditor-side bankruptcy questions for many of the Firm's clients.
